1. Acknowledgment of Services

I understand that Brittany Holistic Care & Doula Services provides holistic support as a Full Spectrum Doula & Herbalist, including wellness consultations, emotional support, and herbal recommendations. I acknowledge that these services are not a substitute for medical care.

2. No Medical Advice

I understand that:

• The information provided is for educational and wellness purposes only

• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

• I should consult with a licensed healthcare provider before starting any herbal or wellness regimen

3. Voluntary Participation

I voluntarily choose to participate in these services and accept full responsibility for my health decisions.

4.Herbal Product Acknowledgment

I understand that:

• Herbal products may affect individuals differently

• I am responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or health conditions

• I will use products as directed

5. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am aware of potential risks associated with herbal products and holistic wellness practices, and I accept full responsibility for any outcomes.

6. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Brittany Holistic Care & Doula Services from any liability, claims, or damages arising from:

• My participation in services

• Use of herbal products

• Decisions made based on consultations

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared will be kept confidential and used only to provide appropriate support and services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Payment & Refund Policy Acknowledgment

I understand that:

• Consultations are non-refundable once completed

• Herbal products are final sale unless damaged upon arrival
