Support Through Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
Birth comes with a lot of information, decisions, questions, and sometimes a few “wait…is this normal?” moments.
My role as your doula is to help you prepare for what’s ahead, understand your options, and have consistent support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and those first weeks postpartum.
Providing doula care throughout North Texas and beyond.

Our work together starts during pregnancy, giving us plenty of time to build a relationship, prepare for birth, and support you through the changes that come along the way.
Your care includes 2 pregnancy support visits per trimester, available in person or virtually based on what works best for you.
Our time together can include:
Emotional support and space to talk through how you’re feeling
Birth preferences and preparation
Questions or concerns as your pregnancy progresses
Labor positions, movement & comfort measures
Breathing, massage & counter-pressure practice
Partner preparation
Preparing for your birth setting
Herbal and natural wellness recommendations when appropriate
Postpartum and newborn preparation
Resources and referrals when needed
These visits aren’t just about preparing for labor. They’re also a chance to check in, talk through what’s happening, and make adjustments to your support as your pregnancy progresses.
Phone and text support is available during established support hours between visits, and I’ll be on call for your birth beginning at 36 weeks
When it’s time, I’ll join you and provide continuous in-person support throughout labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
Support may include:
Massage & counter-pressure
Positioning and movement
Breathing & relaxation
Comfort measures
Emotional support and reassurance
Help understanding your options
Support communicating your preferences
Partner guidance and support
I work alongside your birth team while remaining focused on you. Doula care is non-medical and does not replace your physician, midwife, or nurse.
Immediately After Birth
I stay with you after baby is born to help you get settled before I leave. This time is about making sure you’re comfortable, baby is settled, and your immediate needs are taken care of.
Support may include:
Helping you get cleaned up and comfortable after birth
Getting you settled into bed or your recovery space
Helping baby get settled
Supporting the first latch or feeding, if needed
Making sure you have something to eat and drink
Helping with skin-to-skin and those first moments with baby
Supporting your partner as everyone gets settled
Making sure you feel comfortable and supported before I leave
Postpartum Care
Your support continues at home with 3 weekly postpartum visits after birth.
These visits focus on you, your recovery, and adjusting to life with your new baby.
Your postpartum care includes:
Check-in with mom and how you’re feeling
Womb massage
Postpartum recovery support
Feeding support
Newborn care and questions
Emotional support and space to process your birth
Rest, recovery & adjusting to your new routine
