Guiding women to trust their bodies, make informed choices,
and embrace motherhood with confidence and calm.
Calm, intentional doula support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
My Approach
My approach to doula care is calm, hands-on, and intentional. I’m not there to take over your birth or make decisions for you. I’m there to help you understand your options, prepare for what’s ahead, and have someone steady beside you when you need support.
We’ll spend time preparing before labor begins so you and your partner have a better understanding of what to expect, how you want to approach your birth, and what tools you can use when things get intense.
When the time comes, I’m there to support you and your partner—not the birth plan on paper. Birth can change, and my role is to help you stay grounded, informed, and supported as it does.
Whether you’re planning a hospital birth or a home birth, you receive the same level of intentional support.
Doula Care Includes:
During Pregnancy
Your care begins before labor.
You receive three prenatal visits(additional visits available upon request) focused on getting you ready for birth and bringing your questions, concerns, and preferences into the conversation.
Together, we can work through:
Birth preparation and planning
What to expect during labor and birth
Comfort measures and positioning
Your birth preferences
Preparing your home and birth space
Preparing for baby
Questions you and your partner may have as birth approaches
You also have text and phone access to me throughout your pregnancy, so you don’t have to wait until our next scheduled visit when you have a question or need support.
During Labor & Birth
When it’s time, I’m there to provide continuous, in-person support throughout your labor and birth.
My support may include:
Physical comfort measures
Positioning and movement
Emotional reassurance
Information and education as things unfold
Helping your partner feel confident in their role
Creating a calm environment
Helping you communicate your needs and preferences
Staying present with you through the intensity and changes of labor
I support births in hospitals and homes.
After Birth
Your doula care includes 3 postpartum visits(In person or Virtual) after your birth.
These visit gives us an opportunity to reconnect, talk through your birth experience, check in on your recovery, and make sure you feel supported as you begin this new chapter with your baby.
Your postpartum visit may include:
Birth reflection and emotional check-in
Recovery support
Newborn adjustment guidance
Questions about those first days at home
Guidance around rest and recovery
Helping you identify any additional support you may need
Extended Postpartum services are available upon request
How It works
I want the process of working together to feel just as intentional as the care itself.
1. Reach Out
All initial inquiries begin by email. This gives me the opportunity to learn a little about you and what you’re looking for.
2. Complete Your Intake
I’ll send you a digital intake form so I can learn more about your pregnancy, your expectations, and the kind of support you’re looking for.
3. Let’s Make Sure We’re a Good Fit
I’ll review your information and, if it feels like we’re aligned, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation.
4. Make It Official
If we’re both comfortable moving forward, we’ll finalize your contract and deposit and begin your doula care.
5. Begin Preparing
From there, we’ll begin your prenatal visits and stay connected throughout your pregnancy as you prepare to meet your baby.
