WHAT THE EVENING LOOKS LIKE

You’ll be gently guided through a slow, grounded experience from start to finish.

Arrival + settling in

You’ll come in, get comfortable, and ease into the space.

Light finger foods and refreshments will be available

Breath + grounding

We’ll sit on yoga mats and begin with gentle breathwork.

Nothing intense—just a simple way to come back into your body and quiet the mental noise.

Reflection + journaling

I’ll share a short, grounding talk about intuition—what it is, how we lose touch with it, and how we start hearing it again in everyday life.

Then you’ll move into a letter-to-self journaling practice. Honest, simple, and private.
