Plan takes 2–3 days to complete and may include:

  • Herbal support recommendations (teas, tinctures, capsules, topical use)

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Daily rhythm and lifestyle guidance

  • Simple, realistic integration steps

Once plan is complete We review your plan together so you feel confident with:

  • Herbal use

  • Nervous system practices

  • Daily integration

    After 1 week I check in on your progress, make adjustments, and provide continued guidance.
