Virtual Doula Care provides continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum—all from the comfort of your own space.

Your care includes:

Pregnancy

  • 3 one-hour virtual prenatal visits

  • Birth preparation and planning

  • Preparing for appointments and questions for your care team

  • Comfort measures, labor positions, and partner preparation

Labor & Birth

  • Continuous text support throughout labor

  • Virtual labor coaching via FaceTime or Zoom

  • Guidance with breathing, positioning, comfort measures, and partner support

Postpartum

  • 3 virtual postpartum visits

  • Postpartum recovery and adjustment support

  • Feeding and newborn support

  • Space to talk through your birth experience, questions, and concerns

  • Resources and referrals as needed

Virtual Doula Care — $900

A 40% retainer ($360) is due at signing to reserve your estimated due date. The remaining balance of $540 is due by 36weeks
