Feeding your baby can come with a lot of questions—and sometimes you just need someone to slow things down, help you get comfortable, and work through what’s happening with you.

My Lactation Support service provides practical breastfeeding and feeding education in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, working through the early days, learning your baby’s feeding cues, or simply wondering if you’re doing this right, we can work through it together.

Your Support Includes

  • One 60-minute in-person or virtual support session

  • One follow-up session of up to 60 minutes

  • Breastfeeding positioning and latch support

  • Feeding cues and feeding-frequency education

  • Skin-to-skin education

  • Pumping and milk-removal basics

  • General milk-supply education

  • Comfort measures and practical feeding support

  • Guidance on when additional lactation or medical care may be appropriate

This service is designed for education and general lactation support. Concerns requiring clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment will be referred to an IBCLC or appropriate healthcare provider.

Lactation support is already included for current doula clients.
